MaxBooking.com is the software provider of this booking engine. We do not operate the property or have access to its bookings, pricing, availabilities or settings. The contractual agreement is made directly between you and the property. For amendments or cancellation of your booking, you must contact the property directly.
By making a booking via MaxBooking.com, you are providing your personal details to us. We will provide these details to the property so they can fulfill your booking agreement. Please check our Privacy & Data Protection Policy, and that of the property to see how your details are managed and protected.
Thank YOU for choosing to stay somewhere nice! Prices displayed on this booking engine are set in EUR and will be converted to GHS based on the exchange rate on the day of booking.
Payment is due in full on arrival. We accept cash payments in GHS as well as EUR and USD converted at our reception exchange rate. We also accept debit/credit card payments, however please note you will be required to enter a pin to finalise a card payment.
Cancellations must be made directly with somewhere nice via e-mail at info@hostelaccra.com. The cancellation window closes by 23:59, two days prior to arrival date.
Failure to cancel in time will result in a cancellation fee of the equivalent of the first night of your stay.
If you do not arrive and do not inform us in advance, you will be charged the first night of your booking and the remaining nights will be cancelled.
Check-in to rooms is available from 15h.
Check-out from rooms is strictly until 11h.
We do not allow guests to "room hop" - please book all nights in the same room type. Room changes are only allowed when there is no availability in the same room type for all nights.
**Age restrictions apply for dorm rooms: only guests over 18 can stay in dorm rooms. Guests under 18 may stay in private rooms and apartments.**
Dorm bookings are not guaranteed to always stay together. If you wish to stay together with friends, please book a private room option. If you wish to book a dorm private for your group, please send us a request - it depends on availability and a surcharge will apply.
A maximum stay of 14 nights is available for online booking via our website. If you wish to stay longer, please send us your request by email to info@hostelaccra.com.

The following conditions apply to the entire booking - all nights, rooms, add-ons selected.
**Christmas & New Years Eve 2024-2025**
Bookings which include 27.12.24 - 05.01.25 have a minimum cancellation notice of 7 days. Late cancellation will incur a charge of the first night.

**Easter Bookings**
Bookings which include any Easter date have a minimum cancellation notice of 7 days. Late cancellation will incur a charge of the first night.
A minimum stay may apply.
No payments are processed during booking! Only your credit card is verified and held as security on your booking.
